Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Regulatory Coordinator specializes in study start-up and trial activation operations within the centralized Clinical Trials Office (CTO). This role drives all regulatory activities required to open new clinical research studies—including investigator-initiated, industry-sponsored, and cooperative group trials—from initial feasibility through final protocol activation. Responsibilities include preparing and managing submissions to institutional and central IRBs, collecting and auditing essential regulatory documents, coordinating site initiation requirements with sponsors, and maintaining compliance with FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and institutional policies.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's
Required Field of Study: basic, health, applied science, or a related field.
Number of years required to perform the job: 3 years of professional experience
Type of experience required to perform the job: Years of Experience: 3 years of professional experience in clinical research, clinical trial administration, or regulatory compliance with an emphasis on study start-up workflows
