Job Summary/Basic Functions

Under the general supervision of the Business Manager, the Department Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for Auxiliary Enterprises' business office. The position coordinates a variety of business and administrative functions, including purchasing, accounts payable support, personnel documentation, records management, reporting, and departmental projects. The incumbent assists with the coordination of daily business operations, serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, and supports the efficient operation of Auxiliary Enterprises' multiple business units. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to analyze information, manage competing priorities, and exercise discretion while ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's

Type of experience required to perform the job: Professional level experience

Substitution: Master’s degree can substitute for one year of experience

CTMS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR 1 or 2
