Job Summary/Basic Functions

Assistant Manager of Dining Services is responsible for the management of a high-quality campus dining program that serves students, faculty, staff and guests. Primary responsibilities include daily management of a staff of fourteen and food preparation for two cafes and the coffee kiosk in the School of Nursing's Atrium. Annual operating budget for campus dining, catering, and coffee kiosk is $1.2M.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education: Associate's

Certifications or Licenses Required: Serv Safe Certification

Number of years required to perform the job: One

Type of experience required to perform the job: food service management experience

Substitution: Three additional years food service experience or one additional year management experience may substitute for the associate's degree.
