Job Summary/Basic Functions
This position manages a group of analysts, providing IT support for LSU Health. The scope of support activities include: provide 24-hour Service Desk support via phone, email, and user ticket creation; create Service Desk tickets and route tickets to the appropriate support group for resolution; monitor enterprise IT devices; monitor and support the enterprise backup solution, notifying appropriate support group of corrective actions. This position monitors and supports backups for LSU Health contracted affiliates. This position is also responsible for scheduling Service Desk support 24x7x365, including holidays, and after hours. Manages, and assists analysts, with their projects to ensure timely completion. This position is eligible for remote work in accordance with CM-73 - Remote Work Policy.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's
Required Field of Study: Degree from an Accredited Four-Year Institution
Number of years required to perform the job: Ten
Type of experience required to perform the job: Relevant Service Desk Analyst Experience
