Job Summary/Basic Functions

Under the direction of the Louisiana Quality Network Program Director, incumbent will serve as lead for Performance Improvement (PI) projects among LQN hospitals, lead the advancement of projects/efforts among LQN hospitals, assist with improvement of operational efficiency and data reporting/accuracy at LQN hospitals, and track network wide performance through expert facilitation of Lean Six Sigma driven initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis, coordinating cross-functional hospital teams, and implementing sustainable solutions aligned with MCIP metrics. This position will work closely with LQN project staff to assure metrics are being (1) tracked, (2) reported, and (3) improving over the lifecycle of the MCIP metrics. The incumbent will also contribute to network learning by mentoring LQN project teams and disseminating best practices to support continuous improvement across the LQN system of hospitals.
Minimum Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's

Required Field of Study: Industrial Engineering or highly related field

Number of years required to perform the job: 6

Type of experience required to perform the job: • Project management or experience leading multidisciplinary teams including
• Two (2) years’ experience with collaborating with multi-level administrative staff.
• Two (2) years’ experience with leading quality improvement efforts.
