Job Summary/Basic Functions

Under broad supervision from the Associate Registrar, the incumbent will function to provide support in the admissions of students and maintenance of academic records for individuals enrolled at this institution. There are approximately 2,800 students in a variety of academic programs. Primary responsibilities include the maintenance of academic records, determination of acceptability of transfer credit and the interpretation and application of the academic policies of the Health Sciences Center and the LSU System. Incumbent will interact with the Directors of Student Affairs, Instructors, and Deans from the institution as well as officials from other colleges, universities, and external agencies. Incumbent must be able to function with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's

Number of years required to perform the job: 1

Type of experience required to perform the job: Relevant work experience

Substitution: Six years of full time clerical or administrative duties and a high school diploma or equivalent may substitute for the Bachelor's degree

CTMS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR 1 or 2

LSU Health New Orleans is seeking a motivated, research-minded individual to fill the role as the administrator for the new Clinical Trails Management System (CTMS).
