Job Summary/Basic Functions

Under the direction of the business manager the incumbent provides administration and financial support within the School of Public Health to all five Program Areas within the School. This includes personnel management, financial management, purchasing, and contract administration. The incumbent is responsible for implementing and adhering to all relevant rules, regulations, and policies of the University, the State, and the Federal Government as they relate to the administration and financial operations of the programs, contracts and grants.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's

Required Field of Study: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Public Health Administration or related discipline

Number of years required to perform the job: One

Type of experience required to perform the job: professional level and/or relevant experience

Substitution: Bachelor's Degree in another discipline will be considered with an additional 3 years of relevant experience. Master's Degree in a business related field will substitute for required experience.
