Job Summary/Basic Functions

Under the direction of the Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs, the Coordinator of Medical Services Area will be responsible for the case management of dental students and the hygiene students that associate with those students. The incumbent will oversee patient cases and help to ensure that each dental student has the appropriate cases to ensure competency and accreditation upon graduation.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's

Required Field of Study: Dental Hygiene

Certifications or Licenses Required: Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Louisiana

Number of years required to perform the job: Four

Type of experience required to perform the job: experience in a dental practice
