Job Summary/Basic Functions

The employee will take care of a rat colony, perform behavioral tests to assess motor functions in rats Parkinson’s model. The person will produce and maintain microglia and astrocyte cell cultures to treat them to determine the protective effects of bioactive lipids.

Minimum Qualifications

Eligibility for a student worker position requires being enrolled at least part-time and in good standing at an accredited high school, junior college, college or university, or a vocational-technical school.
