Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Department of Microbiology, Immunology, and Parasitology in the School of Medicine at LSUHSC in New Orleans is seeking to fill a Student Worker position. The successful candidate will work with the Principal Investigator to conduct research experiments in the areas of mycology, molecular biology, genetics, proteomics, and genomics. The incumbent will also assist investigators with the development of molecular technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education: High School Diploma

Eligibility for a student worker position requires being enrolled at least part-time and in good standing at an accredited high school, junior college, college or university, or a vocational-technical school.
