Job Summary/Basic Functions

Under general supervision of the Assistant Director of the Louisiana Cancer Prevention and Control Programs (LCP), the Program Operations Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support and will coordinate various aspects of LCP operations. The incumbent will work with LCP program managers to keep the team organized and on deadline through day-to-day administrative and financial support. The incumbent will coordinate and backstop project activities for LCP three main programs; Louisiana Breast and Cervical Health Program, Screen Up, and Louisiana Comprehensive Cancer Control Program.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's

Number of years required to perform the job: Two

Type of experience required to perform the job: Professional level experience in health services, and/or assessing health or social service programs or facilities for compliance with regulations or related

Substitution: Master's Degree can substitute for one year of professional experience
