Job Summary/Basic Functions

Under the broad supervision of the Assistant Business Manager and in consultation with Faculty Director(s) and staff, incumbent will provide administrative and financial support to assigned School of Public Health programs and projects, including financial monitoring, contract administration, purchasing, travel, and personnel administration. Incumbent will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the expenditure contracts processes for assigned projects. Incumbent will be responsible for ensuring eligibility of contractors, completion and submission of required contracting documents, obtaining all required invoice documentation for payments, verifying and submitting invoices to Accounting for payment, monitoring subcontract expenditures, and facilitating the completion of required contractor evaluations. Incumbent will also be responsible for school-wide responsibilities, including biweekly payroll, travel, time and effort reports, and applicant tracking for open positions. Incumbent will also assist with school wide purchasing and travel requests and monitoring expenses for faculty development accounts and other projects as assigned. This position is eligible for remote work per Chancellor's Memorandum-73 and School of Public Health policies.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's

Number of years required to perform the job: 1 year

Type of experience required to perform the job: Professional level and/or relevant work experience

Substitution: Master's degree can substitute for 1 year of experience.

CTMS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR 1 or 2
