Job Summary/Basic Functions
Under the general supervision of the Business Manager, incumbent's mission will be to provide professional level administrative support for all business aspects in a number of sections within the Department of Medicine, including but not limited to day to day operational functions; time and effort reporting; physician credentialing and scheduling. The incumbent will be responsible for adhering to all relevant rules, regulations and procedures while driving efficiencies and maximizing resources in support of the DOM, SOM, and LSUHSC's mission. All duties will be accomplished with a high degree of independence, timeliness, confidentiality and initiative.

Required Education: Bachelor's

Type of experience required to perform the job: Work experience
Substitution: Master's degree can substitute for two years of work experience.
