Job Summary/Basic Functions

Under the general supervision of the Business Manager, incumbent will be an integral member of the Business Office and provide administrative support to Associate Dean, faculty members, residents and the business office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating the supply chain, travel coordination and reimbursements, and accounts payable functions. incumbent must demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor, friendliness and the ability to work effectively with others. Candidates should also possess independent judgment, reliability, initiative and a high standard of ethics along with excellent communication, organization and computer skills. Incumbent is responsible for adhering to regulations according to Federal, State, and the University.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's

Number of years required to perform the job: Two

Type of experience required to perform the job: Professional work experience

Substitution: Master's degree can substitute for two years of work experience.

CTMS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR 1 or 2
